These Terms govern your use of The Pattern Haven website, digital crochet patterns, downloads, customer account, and All Access membership. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products and permitted use

The Pattern Haven provides digital crochet-pattern files, generally in PDF format. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases and membership downloads grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may make finished physical items from a pattern for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, upload, share, sublicense, or make the pattern file itself available to another person.

All Access membership

The All Access membership begins with a 7-day free trial. The first trial payment is $0. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the membership automatically renews at $9.99 USD per month using the payment method supplied at checkout. Recurring monthly charges continue until cancelled.

By completing the membership order, you authorize these recurring charges and request immediate access to the digital pattern library. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Cancellation

To cancel your membership, visit the Management Profile, sign in with the email address used for your membership, and use the Manage Membership area. To avoid another charge, complete the cancellation before the next renewal date displayed in your membership portal. Cancellation timing, access and processed charges are explained in our Cancellation Policy.

Prices, currency and taxes

The membership price is $9.99 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted at checkout. Your payment provider or Shopify Markets may display or process an equivalent local-currency amount. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Delivery and account access

Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to your account, and securing downloaded files. Contact support if a file is unavailable or incorrect.

Refunds

Digital purchases and subscription charges are generally final after access is supplied, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in our Refund Policy. Cancelling a membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already processed.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, replace, or update patterns in the membership library and may improve website functionality. We will not change an agreed recurring price without notice and any consent required by law.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, pattern text, graphics and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to The Pattern Haven and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, share membership credentials, automate bulk extraction, or use downloaded files contrary to the licence above.

Disclaimer and liability

Patterns are provided for crafting purposes. Results depend on materials, gauge and user skill. To the extent permitted by law, The Pattern Haven is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
