1000 Medical Notes membership

A one-time $1.00 USD processing and hosting fee is charged today. The membership trial lasts 3 days from completed checkout. Unless cancelled before it ends, membership renews automatically at $19.99 USD each month until cancelled. Applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown at checkout.

How to cancel

Submit the cancellation request form or email contact@cozypattern.com using your order email. Request cancellation before the trial ends or your next renewal to avoid the next charge. The form sends your request to support; it does not itself automatically stop billing. Keep a copy of your request and contact us if confirmation is missing.

Signing out, deleting files or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel membership. A cancellation request stops future renewals once processed; refund questions are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us about any charge after a timely cancellation request. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
